Karpagam Narayanan is a co-founder of eKryp, a Just In Time Service application. eKryp continuously learns data on your connected devices across the enterprise and uses predictive models to find your Mean Work Between Failure (MWBF) – a set of indicators of your most critical assets that need attention. This becomes your barometer for predictively planning service and SLA contracts. You can then use this to take actions to reduce service costs by 30%, reduce parts inventory by at least 15% and increase uptime.
Karpagam is a founder and President of Paloras Corporation, an install base analytics company, focused on improving sales and customer service within an enterprise.
