Mental Wellness has become a priority over the past few years with the advent of wellness unicorn companies and companies (big and small) prioritizing their employee's mental health. This workshop goes over tips and techniques to keep your mind at peace and destress in work and in life. We will introduce entrepreneurs to mental wellness and mindfulness in a realistic way they can incorporate it into their lives, and the lives of their employees. Teach some relaxation techniques they can use at home and in the office (examples of activities they can do for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, etc).
