Sangam Pant has over 30 years of Operating and Investing experience in Healthcare, Technology, Media, and Business Services. He recently retired as Managing Director from CARD Inc., a behavioral healthcare company providing Autism treatment services and products. Over his 5 year tenure CARD organically grew from 20 to 250+ clinics before being sold to Blackstone (NYSE:BX).

Previously he was Senior Managing Director and part of partnership that took Evercore (NYSE:EVR) public. Prior to Evercore, he was an officer and part of senior management team which grew Lycos (Internet Search Engine) as a public company. Before that he was part of a management buyout from Ziff-Davis (computer publishing company) which was subsequently sold to AT&T.

Sangam’s investing experience spans company life cycle including angel/seed, venture capital and growth equity investments. Rpresentative investments (in alphabetical order) include AlliantGroup (Private Equity Sale; Specialty Tax Services), Atheros (IPO; WiFi chipmaker), Business.com (Sold to RH Donnelly; Business Search Engine), Boingo (IPO, Mobile Data Service), CastIron (Sold to IBM; Cloud Connectivity Software), Jamdat (IPO; Mobile Gaming), LowerMyBills (Sold to Experian; Online Lead Generation), Meru Networks(IPO; WiFi systems) and Sierra Design (Sold to Mentor Graphics; Chip design software).

Sangam has a MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and a MS in Electrical Engineering from University of Florida.
